Neil graduated from the New York University School of Law.  In 2001, he joined Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP as an Associate in its litigation department.  In 2005, Neil joined Goodwin Procter LLP where he served as lead defense counsel in nearly fifty civil matters in federal, state, bankruptcy courts and administrative agencies in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and New York.  In 2010, he founded Raphael LLC.
